4. Confidentiality and Data Security
- Prime Cure LLC will maintain the confidentiality of all Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect client and patient information.
- Clients agree to use secure methods when transmitting sensitive data to our team.
5. Compliance with Laws
Prime Cure LLC complies with all federal and state regulations related to medical billing, including HIPAA, HITECH, and the False Claims Act. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with relevant laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Cure LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to our services, including any loss of revenue or data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as outlined in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Changes to Terms
Prime Cure LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
